Curiotheca は、パブリックドメイン画像を横断検索する WEB アプリです。v0.1.0 ではユーザーアカウントを作成せず、お気に入り・設定・検索履歴はブラウザの localStorage に保存されます。Cookie は使用しません。Curiotheca is a web app for searching public-domain artwork sources. In v0.1.0, it does not create user accounts. Favorites, settings, and recent searches are stored in your browser's localStorage. Cookies are not used.

お気に入り、設定、最近の検索履歴は、origin https://curiotheca.yawarakastudio.com の localStorage に保存されます。ブラウザのサイトデータ削除、プライベートウィンドウ、別ブラウザ・別端末では引き継がれません。設定画面から JSON でエクスポート / インポートできます。Favorites, settings, and recent searches are stored in localStorage for the origin https://curiotheca.yawarakastudio.com. They do not carry across private windows, browser site-data deletion, other browsers, or other devices. You can export and import this data as JSON from Settings.
アーカイブ検索Archive Searches
検索時には、The Metropolitan Museum of Art、Europeana、Art Institute of Chicago、Rijksmuseum、国立国会図書館、生物多様性遺産図書館 (BHL) の API に、検索語がブラウザから直接送信されます。各アーカイブは、それぞれのポリシーや規約に基づいてリクエストを処理する場合があります。When you search, your query is sent directly from the browser to APIs operated by The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Europeana, the Art Institute of Chicago, Rijksmuseum, the National Diet Library, and the Biodiversity Heritage Library. Each archive may process requests under its own policies and terms.
画像プロキシImage Proxy
画像をクリップボードへコピーまたはダウンロードする際、MET など一部の画像は CORS の制約により Cloudflare Workers の画像プロキシを経由します。Curiotheca が Worker に送信する業務データは、作品の公開画像 URL のみです。氏名、メールアドレス、利用者識別子、お気に入り内容は送信しません。When copying or downloading images, some sources such as MET may need to pass through a Cloudflare Workers image proxy because of CORS restrictions. The only business data Curiotheca sends to the Worker is the public artwork image URL. Names, emails, user identifiers, and favorites are not sent.
Cookie / 分析Cookies and Analytics
Curiotheca v0.1.0 は Cookie を使用しません。LP と WEB アプリでは Cloudflare Web Analytics を使用し、ページビュー、参照元、国、Core Web Vitals などの集計指標を cookieless に計測します。広告トラッキング、第三者リターゲティング、フィンガープリンティングは行いません。Curiotheca v0.1.0 does not use cookies. The landing page and web app use Cloudflare Web Analytics for cookieless aggregate metrics such as page views, referrers, country, and Core Web Vitals. Advertising tracking, third-party retargeting, and fingerprinting are not used.

利用者の権利と操作User Controls
ローカルデータは、ブラウザのサイトデータ削除、またはアプリの設定画面から削除できます。お気に入りと設定は、設定画面から JSON でエクスポート / インポートできます。お問い合わせは [email protected] までお送りください。You can delete local data through browser site-data controls or app settings. Favorites and settings can be exported and imported as JSON from Settings. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
将来の Pro 機能Future Pro Features
v1.0 以降の Pro 機能では、Supabase Auth（Email Magic Link）、Supabase Database（お気に入り・フォルダ同期）、Polar（課金処理）を導入する可能性があります。Polar Webhook では order.paid などのイベントを受け取り、pro_status を更新する設計を検討しています。これらをリリースする前に、別途 v1.0 向けのプライバシー宣言を公開します。Future Pro features may use Supabase Auth (Email Magic Link), Supabase Database for favorites/folder sync, and Polar for payments. The planned Polar webhook flow may process events such as order.paid and update pro_status. Before those features are released, a separate v1.0 privacy statement will be published.
ポリシーの変更Changes to This Policy
アカウント、同期、課金、サーバー側保存、分析方法に重要な変更がある場合は、このページまたは後継のプライバシー宣言を更新します。If accounts, sync, payments, server-side storage, or analytics methods materially change, this page or a successor privacy statement will be updated.
